Voiceless and Vulnerable in the Society: Concept Analysis
Abstract
This review explores the prevalent concerns of voicelessness and vulnerability in society and presents a thorough framework for facilitating transformational change. Based on a comprehensive examination of the underlying causes, consequences, and influential elements, this review presents a series of practical suggestions across several domains. The ideas put forward involve a range of strategies, including legislative changes, educational efforts, modifications in the healthcare system, programmes aimed at community empowerment, and the establishment of collaborative partnerships. The difficulties at hand possess an intersectional character, necessitating a comprehensive strategy that effectively tackles the cumulative effects of many forms of discrimination, including but not limited to those based on race, gender, socioeconomic position, and other relevant criteria. With an understanding of the significant ramifications for nursing practise, legal aspects, and the overall welfare of society, the framework aims to promote inclusion, amplify the voices of marginalised individuals, and deconstruct institutional obstacles. The conclusion underscores the need for collaborative efforts aimed at establishing a future characterised by fairness and justice, whereby the rights and voices of all individuals are not just recognised but actively protected.
