About Lapai Journal of Nigerian History

<p>The Lapai Journal of Nigerian History is a peer-reviewed academic publication dedicated to advancing scholarly research on Nigeria’s rich and diverse historical heritage. Published by the Department of History and International Studies, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, the journal provides a platform for historians, researchers, and academics to explore, document, and critically analyze Nigeria’s past and its connections to contemporary issues. Our scope covers political, economic, social, cultural, and environmental histories, as well as interdisciplinary studies that shed light on the dynamics of Nigerian societies over time. We welcome original research articles, critical essays, book reviews, and archival studies from both emerging and established scholars in the field.
